Richard remarks: “I am extremely pleased to be joining Tanner De Witt. Not long after I arrived in Hong Kong in 2000, Tanner De Witt represented our opponents on a contentious matter and since that time I have worked with, and against, them on many occasions. I have long admired the energy, drive and care that they bring to their case management and I relish this opportunity to join the team.”
