DeWitt LLP Welcomes Estate Planning Attorney Michael Bezoian to the Firm

MADISON, Wis. (October 16, 2023) – Today DeWitt LLP announced associate attorney Michael Bezoian joined the firm’s Estate Planning practice group in its Madison office.

Bezoian’s practice primarily focuses on preparing comprehensive estate plans for clients with vastly diverse backgrounds, objectives, and net worths. He has extensive experience drafting last wills, powers of attorney, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts. In addition, he works with clients in preparing and negotiating pre- and post-nuptial agreements and represents clients in contested and uncontested trust and estate administrations.

His personal interest in the intersection between blockchain technology and estate planning and taxation makes him particularly well-suited to assist clients who hold digital assets.

Bezoian also assists companies at various phases of their existence whether that entails entity formation when businesses are in their infancy, buyouts as businesses grow and operate, and succession planning as businesses change ownership.

He earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of California – Los Angeles. Bezoian is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
