DeWitt Welcomes Attorney Jack Atnip III to its Minneapolis Office

MADISON | BROOKFIELD | MINNEAPOLIS – DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C. and its affiliate, DeWitt Mackall Crounse & Moore S.C., announced today that Attorney Jack Atnip III has joined the firm as a partner to serve clients from its Minneapolis office. Jack will be practicing in the areas of Banking and Commercial/Agricultural Finance, Commercial Litigation, General Litigation Defense, and Creditors’ Remedies/Bankruptcy.

Atnip brings with him more than 20 years of experience providing litigation, transactional and legal consulting services to financial institutions, businesses and individuals. He is licensed in Minnesota and California state and federal courts and has litigated in numerous states in the U.S. and internationally. Atnip earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and holds a B.A. from the University of California – San Diego.
