MIAMI, FL — Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. Labor & Employment Shareholder Robert T. Kofman was elected to The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, an honorary organization whose membership is limited to less than one percent of lawyers in each jurisdiction.

The Fellows consists of attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars who support the research work of the American Bar Foundation (ABF) through sponsorship of seminars and events and annual contributions. Members are nominated by Fellows in their jurisdiction and elected by the Board of the ABF. According to the ABF, Fellows have “demonstrated outstanding achievements and dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession.”

Mr. Kofman is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of Stearns Weaver Miller’s Labor & Employment department. He is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Mr. Kofman has extensive experience representing employers in virtually all areas of the labor and employment law. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in labor and employment law and is consistently recognized by publications such as Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers and the South Florida Legal Guide.
